Carnaby Street Eat
Brief
Work closely with Sister to produce a large scale food festival on Carnaby Street on August 11th.
Delivery
We provided, planned and installed all production and infrastructure including power, branding, technical production and site furniture.
The biggest challenge was to meet broad production requirements safely and efficiently within the constraints of a central London location and a complex road closure schedule.
The highlight of the event was watching tables packed with people eating some of the best food in Soho while being serenaded by a mariachi band.
Results
The largest Street Eat event in 5 years saw the West End's longest picnic table return to Carnaby Street, the Newburgh Quarter was transformed into a chill-out area complete with grass lawn & bean bags.
